Shipping & Returns

Shipping

 

  • Flat rate shipping charge of $15.95 will be applied to all orders shipped within Canada

  • Flat rate shipping charge of $35.95 will be applied to all orders shipped within the United States.

  • Express shipping available upon request. Customer will be provided a quote before shipping.

  • Oversize/overweight items are subject to additional shipping charges

  • Order processing can take up to 2-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to be packaged and shipped out. Items placed in shopping cart are not reserved.

  • Orders that are placed on Saturday and Sunday will not get processed until the following business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends.

  • If we are sold out of an item, we will contact you via phone/email. If we do not hear back from you, we will ship the balance of your order and your credit card will be refunded. Backordered items can be re-ordered at a later date.

Returns/Exchanges

​

  • In-store returns/exchanges must be made within 30days of purchase with original receipt for a full refund (in original method of payment), exchange or store credit.

  • Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached and packaging. Horse blankets and/or sheets must be returned clean and unused. We recommend putting a clean bedsheet on your horse before trying on your new blanket or sheet in order to keep it clean.

  • Clearance items are final sale/not exchangeable

  • Any personalized or custom ordered items cannot be returned. We cannot return or exchange supplements/wormers and topical products for safety reasons.

  • Online order returns/exchanges: Please email (sales@mareflareequestrian.com) to initiate a return/exchange.

  • Return/exchange shipping cost will be at your expense.

  • Exchanges will be shipped back to you at your expense.

  • All exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges if the package is oversized, or being shipped to a remote location. You will be notified if the shipping rate changes.

  • Carefully pack your approved products (in original packaging) and the Return/Exchange Form (you will receive the form via email) and address your package to address provided. We strongly recommend insuring the package as we are not responsible for returns that arrive damaged or that get lost in transit.

  • Please return items by Canada Post “ground mail”. Sorry, we cannot accept collect returns. Please note that refunds will not be given for purchased shipping boxes or envelopes.

  • Original shipping charges or fees are non-refundable.

  • If your purchase was determined to be defective or you are returning the purchase item due to an error on our part, we will gladly pay the original & return shipping charges.
